On that note, it's fun to reminisce about my freshman self, particularly my fashion sense. I was definitely experimenting with trends and figuring out my personal style. There were a lot of crazy tights/shorts combinations. Recently I've been attempting to figure out for myself a more classic, but still edgy and urban style, especially because I'll be out in the real world in just a few months. Cue senior year frenzied thoughts, worries, and fears for my post-grad life.
Which leads me to the topic of this post, Alexa Chung. She wears basics in such a classic way, but still is able to pull off an edgy look. Neutrals, neutrals, neutrals. And of course, well-fitting blazers and beautiful shoes. I can totally do that.
